Using high strength cast steel tailstock platen and wear resistance high tensile strength chromium-plated steel alloy tie bar; hydraulic motor and gear die height adjustment system, simple and accurate.

Using piston accumulator greatly reduces the cost of maintenance and mechanical operation. It’s safe and reliable. Besides, high-speed stability of radio material hydraulic action, coupled with the beam-typed with the casting system, minimize the pressure loss and reaction time difference.

Using high performance, Low noise dual-blade pump, which is durable, energy saving and with high efficiency; Using ratio direction valve from Yuken(Japan)to make quick mechanism action stable, safe reliable, and energy saving boost production.

Select electric from Omron (Japan) for PLC. Touch-screen control, free from press buttons, a light touch shall fulfill parameters setup and adjustment. Various pressure for actions, flow-rate retardation for slant escalation and descendent can be adjusted separately.

The lubrication device uses Sino-Japan joint venture product of quantitative pressure discharging type of concentrated lubrication device, which is controlled by PLC, and realizes automatic lubricant delivery, proper lubrication of the toggle system can increase the lifetime of machine and reduce maintenance.
